Complementary approach

29 March 2017

In these videos, Sandro Näf of Capital Four and Sheldon Stone of Oaktree Capital discuss the outlook for high yield bond investors.

In October 2016, the St. James’s Place Investment Committee introduced a new blended-manager solution for the International Corporate Bond fund. The team at Oaktree Capital Management, based in Los Angeles and led by Sheldon Stone, are responsible for the US senior secured bond portfolio. The European bond portfolio is managed by Sandro Näf of Capital Four, based in Copenhagen. As well as sharing their outlook for bond markets, in these videos both managers discuss the economic factors that will drive returns in 2017 and some of the sectors where they’re finding new investment opportunities.

The opinions expressed are those of Oaktree Capital and Capital Four Management, and are subject to change at any time due to changes in market or economic conditions.
